Hello Cardio Dance Club dancers!
Welcome to our first class of 2019! To ring in the new year, I mixed a new warmup and I am currently working on the choreography for it.
Errington classes: Early Bird Pricing is in effect!
Arrowsmith Community Recreation Association (ACRA) has set up classes for next year, starting the week of January 7th, 2019. You can sign up for classes TODAY at http://shop.CardioDanceClub.com.
There will be two classes per week:
- Monday at

- SAVE MONEY – series are priced at Early Bird Special pricing until Jan 3rd. And there is an extra discount if you register for both weekly classes or sign up with a friend.

Recipe of the week
Here’s a super easy gravy to make. It’s low sodium, and doesn’t include any oil or added fats either. Because it’s based on dry ingredients, you can make a bunch in advance, and then cook up small batches when you only need a little (or just make it for dinner without leftovers. Super handy cupboard staple. And so flavorful, you’ll probably be surprised. Here’s the recipe:
