Good Morning! Can you believe it’s October already? It certainly feels like it, and more rain this week in the forecast. But the good news… there are THREE classes to choose from this week in Errington, Qualicum Beach, and Nanaimo. TWO new classes start on Thursday up here in Oceanside. I can hardly wait! I am also so, so excited to be teaching right where I live (Errington), just down the road. Bring a friend to try something new!
New Cardio Dance Club classes are coming to Lantzville in November. Get ready, North Nanaimo / Lantzville for another opportunity to dance and sweat.

New songs this week
Each week I add one or two new songs to keep things fresh. The past couple weeks (and our new warm-up) has included some throwback favourites, so this week I’m adding some recent releases. Listening to the songs in advance helps you learn the moves a bit quicker!
We’ll be dancing to a new release from Ciara called “Dose”:
And this video shows some of the dance rehearsals for her music video:
Olly Murs released a song this Friday featuring Snoop Dogg. It’s just too good *not* to do, so I’m going to figure out some choreo for it and bring it to class this week. That beat. Just such a good song.
Recent new song
Last week we added P.Y.T. by Michael Jackson, which will of course be in the playlists this week.
With all of this rain, warm breakfasts are a welcome way to start the day. This maple vanilla hot cereal is incredibly easy to make, warms you up, and doesn’t skimp on the flavour.
And lots of clean-up work on the farm this week, including the outdoor tomatoes. Some of our winter arugula, just planted, is already large and delicious though. But the summery tomatoes and winter arugula both made it to a meal this weekend.
