I think we may have skipped fall? Well, guess we’ll see what happens in the next week or three, but it sure feels that way! I’ve been outside all week in the rain, and everything aside… it’s so welcome to see this rain! We, and the trees, sure need it.
Anyway, it’s also a great time to get indoors for some exercise! Will I see you in class this week? Next week there are two classes, and then the week after three classes, and a couple weeks after that.. four options for Dance Club each week! Find all the details below!

Free class on September 24th
Mark your calendars for September 24th! There is a free class in Coombs on September 24th at 5:30pm, Bradley Centre (975 Shearme Rd.) Although it is for Active Aging week in Oceanside, for discovering new fitness class options in the area, no one turned away! This will be a lower impact class, but please feel free to modify it to higher impact if you so wish! Again, this is all-levels and abilities and ages. Event page on Facebook is here. Classes this week
The next Cardio Dance Club class is Wednesday September 19th at 7pm, Nanaimo at Casa Loca Fitness (6330 Dover Rd, Nanaimo, BC). There is drop-in, class passes, and membership available. A great place for group fitness in Nanaimo.

Recipe of the week
It is another great week for something warm. I can’t remember if I have shared this recipe for Thai Green Curry here yet, but it’s definitely what’s in the cards for this week! No oil, and the potatoes give you tons of energy for class. And it will warm you up. Not too spicy, or spicy, depending on how much green curry paste you add.
